How to Recover a Hacked Account

Here's what you do if your account has been hijacked.

For Members
1) Find your payment confirmation email with your Transaction ID.
2) Take note of the payment method, account email and transaction ID.
3) Go here and enter the needed information and recover your account.

For Non-Members
1) You need your master account name and e-mail.
2) Contact the AE help team here.
3) Wait for a reply.
