When I first say "Hey" it doesnt let me say hey. Says its inappropriate..

That's a common chat bug that the devs "fixed". Okay, so it really wasnt fixed completely but it happens less often now. Try typing "..." and then entering it again.

Saying "Filter" Always clears it for me.
